The Brady Home in Waxahachie is complete and just in time for them to settle in before their family grows to three in July! Check out their photos. They have so many special touches that really help their tastes and personalities to come through their project! It is very rewarding to hear this kind of statement at the completion of a build job:

Clary Home
We had a wonderful time building for Jeromy and Breanna Clary in Mansfield! Not many builders can brag that once a project is finished and the clients are moved in, they know that the clients are truly elated and pleased with the finished product!
Here is a statement made by Mrs. Clary, "We LOVE our home! It is perfect! There is another couple building in our neighborhood and we told them Capitola is THE ONLY WAY TO GO!"
Here also is a comment from Mr. Clary: "Capitola Builders made this process fun and enjoyable for Breanna and I! The Staff of Capitola Builders handled the very few problems that came up with professionalism and with great communication of a solution! Valentine Home
We recently met a client at a Home Show that had suffered a horrific accident when on a cold January evening, a car drove through her living room, demolishing the front of her home, and injuring her as she was sitting on the couch in her living room. What a resilient lady Ms. Valentine is. After several surgeries to ”put her back together”, it was now time to put her home back together.
Capitola Builders was very happy to put Ms. Valentine’s home back together and at the same time add on a garage and utility room. While we don’t usually do remodel projects, we were thankful to be a part of this one. Finally, after all of the damage to herself and her home — she is living once again in her home.
